If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase of jewellery* you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-sized or bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

* Jewellery that is made to size cannot be returned.

*Earrings cannot be returned.

Workshops
If you're unable to attend a workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While we will do our best to transfer your ticket to another date, this is subject to availability and at our discretion. As workshops often fill up quickly, we cannot guarantee a transfer.
